To do this core exercise come down on all your fours. You should be so positioned, that your shoulders are placed exactly above your wrist and your knees should not touch the floor. Push Ups: Push ups are one of the best chest fat burning exercises. This exercise will work not only the chest, but also your triceps and deltoids.
